Today, on my countless journeys throughout metro Atlanta, I used my Check Card. Not only is it slightly convenient, it also makes me feel like a big grownup. I don’t think grownups use that word, “grownup” unless talking to children. So I felt like an adult today.

Yesterday, I went to “Bash-Night” at Buffalo’s and now my large intestine is getting one of the best workouts it has ever received. Also, I have become very attached to sleeping. Even when I fall asleep at 11, I try to sleep ’til 10. That’s almost 11 hours of sleep a day. Tomorrow I have a day off, and I am going to sleep until at least 1 pm.

Well, as I am sure you can tell, it seems to be Bret and I adding to nothing this week. These past couple of weeks at work have been somewhat boring. I have hit a stumbling block in the current database, and I am too lazy to fix it. So instead of working, I update the site, check my mail, and play Minesweeper. I have gotten so damn good at the game since there is not anything else for me to do. Next summer, I think I have my work cut out for me. I would like to follow Dave Matthews Band through at least 2 months of his summer tour next year. It’ll make for great experience and great music.

I am actually writing this entry to the nothing on June 14, but hey, what’s the difference? Today, I did something that I am somewhat proud of, but I am steadily becoming more weary of. I “freeballed.” For those who don’t know, that’s when a male decides not to wear underpants. It’s kind of silly, yes. I realized that I have been doing that way too much lately. So, from now on, it’ll be a once a week thing. I will enjoy just the same, but now I won’t become addicted like I am to Mountain Dew or Little Debbie’s tasty treats.

Yesterday I saw the new Austin Powers, which is quite funny, but there were several parts of the movie that were strikingly similar to the previous movie. Fortunately, these parts were very funny in the original, so there was not much of an issue.
